We offer off-exchange health insurance coverage for Nevada and California!

OPEN ENROLLMENT FOR 2020 HEALTHCARE COVERAGE BEGINS NOVEMBER 1, 2019 AND ENDS DECEMBER 15, 2019

NEVADA

• Hometown Health is the only carrier we offer for 2019.
• You must have a Qualifying Life Event (QLE) to enroll anytime outside of Open Enrollment. QLEs include:
  – Loss of Healthcare Coverage through employer or school
  – Changes in Household Composition – marriage, divorce, birth, adoption, death
  – Moving outside of previous insurer’s coverage area
• You can apply and enroll in a plan at anytime, but unless you have a QLE, your coverage will be subject to a 90-day waiting period. 
• We do not work with Nevada Health Link.

CALIFORNIA

• We offer coverage through Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, and HealthNet. Each insurer only offers coverage in certain areas of the state.
• You must have a Qualifying Life Event (QLE) to enroll anytime outside of Open Enrollment. QLEs include:
  – Loss of Healthcare Coverage through employer or school
  – Changes in Household Composition – marriage, divorce, birth, adoption, death
  – Moving outside of previous insurer’s coverage area
• We do not work with Covered California.
